About Botiwalla by Chai Pani

Located at 2221 Iron Works Dr Ste 120, Raleigh, NC 27604, Botiwalla by Chai Pani operates as an indian restaurant serving Raleigh in North Carolina. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.

Portion sizes and pricing swing widely across this group, from a $10 lunch bowl to a multi-course tasting menu at an upscale sushi counter, so checking recent reviews and photos is more useful than the price range alone. In Raleigh, dinner reservations for popular izakaya, hot pot and Korean BBQ spots fill up on Friday and Saturday nights, so booking ahead or arriving at opening is worth it. Many restaurants across North Carolina run daily lunch specials on weekdays that are not listed on the dinner menu, so it is worth asking. Halal, vegetarian and gluten-free options vary a lot by kitchen; call ahead if you have a dietary restriction rather than assuming the menu will note it.

The business lists hours on 7 days of the week. Typical hours are 11 am–9 pm. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. You can reach Botiwalla by Chai Pani at (919) 980-6310; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. Its website is botiwalla.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

Customers rate it 4.5 out of 5 on Google across 235 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded indian restaurants in Raleigh.

Raleigh is in North Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Raleigh follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

First time at Botiwalla and we will definitely be back. We had the chicken tikka roll, malai chicken roll and okra fries, and everything was excellent. The okra fries were the standout for us and something we’ll order every time. What really made the experience was the service and hospitality. The team went out of their way to make us feel welcome, even bringing us an iced chai to try after our meal. Those little touches made an already great lunch even better. Great food, great atmosphere and excellent service. We started with drinks next door at Ponysaurus, which made Raleigh Iron Works a really fun afternoon destination. We’ll definitely be back and will bring family with us next time.

⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4-Star Review for Bottliwala Chairman Pani, Raleigh We tried several items at Bottliwala Chairman Pani and had a good overall experience. The Bhel Puri was definitely the highlightβ€”fresh, flavorful, and packed with the right combination of crunch and chutneys. 5/5! The Mango Lassi was also delicious, creamy, and refreshing. 5/5! The Crispy Okra Fingers Fry was nicely crispy and enjoyable. 4/5. The Aloo Tikki Chaat had good overall taste and the chutneys were flavorful, but the tikki itself was a disappointment. It seemed to be made from a yellow batata-vada-style bhaji rather than an authentic aloo tikki, so it didn't have the texture or taste we expected. 3/5. The Jaljeera Soda was refreshing, but it needed more masala and flavor. 3/5. Overall, a nice place for Indian street food, with some really good items. The Bhel Puri and Mango Lassi are definitely worth trying! With a little more attention to authenticity and seasoning in a few dishes, this could easily be a 5-star experience.

THIS PLACE IS THE BOMB and please don’t let the haters who can’t wait for good food deter you. The vibes are great. The food is hot and fresh even when it’s not too busy. I grew up in India and these flavors are the real deal, with an American fast casual twist. Our favourites so far are everything on the menu except we haven’t tried the desi salads.

Great food and great service. Staff was definitely top of their work. Hopefully wait times come down as days passes by. Good indoor and outdoor space to sit.Price vs quantity and also adding few items as in other locations will help. Tried many of items on their menu loved gobi 65, salad, wings & mashed potatoes too which are crunchy.

Got to eat here on opening day. They crushed it. Some of our food came out within a minute of us sitting at our table. Everything was delicious. Prices are reasonable. Inside design is great. Stoked to have a dope, consistent, reasonably priced option nearby. Loved all the Chai Pani locations we’ve been to.
